The useful starting point
Tap Tap Go’s product model includes event, ticketing, membership and engagement programme concepts configured for the relevant organiser. Work from the approved attendee resources and separately permissioned sponsor material. Event participation does not grant access to commercial discussions with sponsors.
Keep the person in control
Before sharing, review three points: label each pack; inspect links and access; avoid using a shared folder as the public destination. Ask yourself: Is this file meant for everyone who attended?
Hypothetical example
Imagine a team arranging downloads for attendees and commercial partners. In this hypothetical scene, attendees receive useful slides while sponsor terms remain in the appropriate private process.
Make it practical.
