The useful starting point

Tap Tap Go’s product model includes service and product showcases, storefront concepts and links into appropriate checkout or enquiry journeys. Work from an approved generalised question and the verified answer. A helpful enquiry does not automatically become permission for public marketing reuse.

Move from suggestion to decision

Before sharing, review three points: remove identifying context; avoid quoting without permission; label illustrative scenarios. Ask yourself: Could this example identify the person who asked privately?

Imagine this

Hypothetical example

Imagine a professional turning a useful customer question into storefront content. In this hypothetical scene, the owner creates a neutral example that answers the common issue without exposing the customer.

Make it practical.
