Separate financial processing from fulfilment
A supplier may require specific evidence before releasing an order. The future partner programme would need to confirm what records it provides and what they mean. Tap Tap Go's proposed SWIFT chapter cannot itself guarantee that the supplier accepts a particular confirmation or that the shipment proceeds.
Agree the evidence before the transaction
Ask the supplier what it needs, then compare that requirement with the confirmed route. Keep an existing appropriate arrangement until the planned service can actually meet the business's needs under its conditions.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical future equipment order, the buyer would agree with the supplier which financial evidence is required for dispatch. Only after confirming that the partner-led service supports the intended route would the buyer consider using it. A proposed payment route does not guarantee when a supplier will release a shipment.
Make it practical.
