Name the event behind the status

A future Tap Tap Go partner programme would need to define what each available status means. The customer should understand whether a record concerns an instruction, processing or another confirmed event. A success animation should not imply recipient availability unless the actual provider evidence supports that meaning.

Build the customer message from evidence

Use the confirmed status language when communicating with the recipient. Keep unresolved questions visible and use the appropriate support route. The planned SWIFT feature does not establish universal timing or a guaranteed outcome.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical future supplier conversation, a buyer would share the permitted reference and accurately describe the status available in the programme. The buyer would not say the supplier has received funds simply because an instruction was submitted. The scene makes the proposed feature understandable without promising more than its records establish.

Make it practical.
