Work backwards from the obligation

A customer may need a payment completed before a supplier releases an order. Check whether the provider’s timing refers to submission, processing or the recipient’s access to funds. An attractive interface cannot establish when funds become available to a recipient or remove every review dependency.

Keep the commitment realistic

Until access and operating conditions are confirmed, retain an existing suitable route for the obligation. The proposed feature can be evaluated against the business deadline later, rather than allowing the deadline to turn a roadmap into an assumed service promise.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical future event project, an organiser would consider the supported SEPA service for a supplier payment. Before choosing it, the organiser would check the actual programme's timing and conditions against the supplier's deadline. The scene shows how the feature could be evaluated, not a guarantee of weekend processing or immediate receipt.

Make it practical.
