Give each message its proper role
A client may say that a transfer has been sent, but the business still needs the relevant provider record to understand the actual status. A future Tap Tap Go experience should make that distinction understandable. The profile's communication features can support the conversation without becoming a substitute for the financial service's own evidence.
Design a courteous acknowledgement
The business can thank the client, record the reference and explain the next verification step. It should avoid claiming receipt before the applicable record supports that statement or demanding unnecessary sensitive account screenshots.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical future workflow, a client messages a consultant after initiating an agreed euro payment. The consultant would acknowledge the message and check the relevant confirmed record before marking the invoice received. The proposed feature story therefore includes both communication and verification without presenting them as the same event.
Make it practical.
