Identify the buyer and beneficiary of the service

An employer may buy a workshop place or a colleague may arrange a consultation. The supported financial process and commercial terms must fit the arrangement. Do not assume that the name on a profile, order or payment record always identifies the same person or that every third-party purchase is permitted.

Keep fulfilment information appropriate

Collect the service recipient's details through the proper process, with relevant consent and privacy considerations. The payment link should not become an excuse to gather unnecessary personal information from either party.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical workshop purchase, a company administrator arranges a place for an employee. The organiser records the buyer and attendee separately through its approved process. The financial route supports the permitted purchase, while the service record explains who should attend without requiring every name to match.

Make it practical.
