Write beyond the original conversation

The person receiving the link may not be the person who discussed the service. Include a recognisable offer and reference so the assistant can connect the route to the approved arrangement. Avoid relying on personal familiarity or a short message that only the original buyer understands.

Keep authority and information separate

The assistant's role should follow the customer's own process. The profile and link do not establish authority to spend or remove the need for the relevant financial eligibility and provider conditions.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical consultancy purchase, a client forwards the payment route to an authorised assistant. The offer description and project reference allow the assistant to recognise the agreed service. The route does not imply that any recipient of the link is automatically authorised to act or exempt from the relevant payment conditions.

Make it practical.
