Reference the delivered scope

Where the agreement calls for a later financial step, connect the route to the relevant work and appropriate invoice. Avoid adding unexpected conditions or changing the amount through an unexplained destination. The customer should recognise the commitment from the agreement rather than discover a different offer after the service has been delivered.

Keep questions easy to resolve

Provide the relevant reference and a contact route for clarification. The supported financial process establishes its own status; the portfolio or project gallery does not itself prove payment or determine whether the commercial obligation has been met.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical project, a professional sends the agreed final invoice and supported payment route after delivering the specified work. The client can connect the amount to the existing agreement. The profile remains useful context, but the financial request does not rely on a gallery image as proof of an entirely new obligation.

Make it practical.
