Give support a capability-level vocabulary

A question about Go Cash should not be answered as if it concerns USD virtual Visa or a planned bank route. The future European programme would add further distinctions. Support material should identify the actual service, current status and relevant provider responsibility without using the broad hybrid label to blur them.

Keep planned features out of troubleshooting promises

A customer cannot be guided through a capability that is not available to their account. Explain the boundary clearly and direct them to current information rather than inventing a process or expected activation date.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical support conversation, a user asks how to reach a bank destination. The team would distinguish the proposed crypto-to-bank roadmap from the separate USD virtual Visa feature and explain the current status. The customer would receive an accurate answer rather than instructions for a service not yet confirmed for the account.

Make it practical.
