Keep the signals in their own categories
Profile engagement can suggest interest, while the applicable transaction history concerns financial activity. A view does not prove a purchase, and a payment record does not automatically identify every earlier anonymous visitor. The platform's broader ecosystem should be explained without inventing perfect attribution between these different events.
Use verified connections only
Where a customer voluntarily provides a project or order reference, retain that appropriate context. Do not infer a person's financial behaviour from an anonymous engagement signal simply because the timestamps appear close.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical campaign review, a professional sees increased profile engagement and a later permitted financial event. The team does not automatically claim that every visitor converted or identify the payer from an anonymous view. It uses only the actual supported records and customer-provided context to explain what is known.
Make it practical.
