Look beyond the label

Two entries may have similar words or amounts while relating to different tasks. Review the available references, dates and actual status meanings for the relevant service. Do not assume the system created a duplicate merely because the descriptions look alike, or remove a record from your own review without understanding it.

Keep the commercial context nearby

The underlying order or project can help distinguish the events. If uncertainty remains, use the official support route with the permitted identifiers rather than guessing which entry should be ignored.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical financial review, a user sees two similar entries associated with a recurring work relationship. The user compares the available references and project records before drawing a conclusion. The scene shows transaction history as evidence to interpret carefully, not a list whose meaning can always be inferred from the shortest visible description.
