Resolve the purpose before the action
If collaborators disagree about what was delivered or what amount is owed, a wallet route does not determine who is right. Keep the discussion and appropriate resolution process separate from the financial tool. Do not pressure someone to act through Go Cash merely because the feature offers a convenient route.
Use the record for its actual role
Once an agreement exists and the movement is supported, the relevant financial record can document that event. It should not be presented as independent proof that every underlying service question was resolved correctly.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical project, two collaborators disagree about the final contribution. They resolve the scope and amount before considering a supported Go Cash movement. The resulting record documents the agreed financial action, rather than being used as a shortcut to settle a disagreement the wallet feature itself cannot judge.
Make it practical.
