Two records can do different work

Tap Tap Go's Go Cash model concerns wallet interactions. The financial feature does not automatically create the quotation, invoice, contract or accounting treatment appropriate to every transaction. A useful explanation therefore separates the underlying agreement from the supported movement of value. Customers can appreciate the convenience of a connected ecosystem while still maintaining the business records they need for their own circumstances and obtaining professional guidance where those requirements are unclear.

Keep the relationship legible

When a payment relates to work, preserve the agreed scope, responsible parties and relevant reference outside any short wallet description. Check how the available transaction history can be connected to that record. This prevents a smooth app interaction from becoming an ambiguous business file later. The product experience feels more complete when a user can explain the entire journey: who was involved, what was agreed, which feature was used and how the result can be checked through the appropriate confirmed record.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

A hypothetical consultant agrees a service fee with a client. If the relevant Go Cash arrangement is supported, they may explore that route, but the consultant still retains the agreed scope and appropriate invoice. The wallet movement becomes part of the commercial record rather than a substitute for explaining what the client purchased.

Make it practical.
