Separate the stages in the explanation
The proposed route could involve asset receipt, conversion and a bank movement through different responsible providers. The actual programme must define those stages and their records. An unresolved event should not be described simply as a failed payment if the available evidence points to a more specific question.
Make the handoff useful
A customer should know the official support route and permitted reference for the stage involved. The roadmap does not establish that every transaction can be reversed, recovered or completed immediately after an enquiry.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical future enquiry, a user would learn that the question concerns the bank-movement stage rather than the earlier conversion record. The support request would then use the relevant reference. The story explains the value of clarity without inventing an ability to reverse every asset transaction or guarantee the final outcome.
Make it practical.
