Observe the handoffs

Assign an observer to follow one planned euro receipt from the instruction you send to the evidence your team keeps. Ask them to note unclear wording, repeated questions and manual copying. Their job is to understand friction, not to collect extra personal financial information or change a provider-controlled step.

Compare intended and observed behaviour

After a supported rehearsal, compare what your process expected with what actually happened. Was the reference copied? Did the recipient identity make sense? Could the record be linked to the agreed work? Tap Tap Go’s proposed receiving services are coming soon. Observation belongs after access and terms are confirmed; it should never be presented as a completed product test before then.

Imagine this

An illustrative future scenario

A hypothetical training company nominates its finance coordinator to observe a first future euro collection. The payment record is clear, but customers repeatedly ask whether a project code is mandatory. The coordinator improves the instruction wording before the next collection.

Make it practical.
