Draw the obligation first
Identify the contracting party, intended payee and reason for collection before selecting receiving details. An individual professional, employer and partner company can appear in the same project story while holding different commercial roles. Write those roles clearly so the customer is not asked to infer the financial relationship from a familiar profile photograph.
Confirm the actual arrangement
Ask the appointed provider whether the eventual account setup supports the intended collection and who may use it. Do not use a personal arrangement as a substitute for a company arrangement without confirmation. Tap Tap Go’s proposed vIBAN access is coming soon and depends on programme and customer eligibility, not simply ownership of the physical gold-finished card.
An illustrative future scenario
Consider a consultant who also sells services through an agency. The agency’s contract identifies the agency as payee. In planning future euro receiving instructions, the team checks the agency setup instead of publishing the consultant’s personal details because clients recognise her name.
Make it practical.
