Turn expectations into checks

Build a one-page acceptance sheet with the intended account holder, eligible payer types, payment purpose, supported currency and reference expectations. Leave unknown fields visibly unresolved. This prevents a convincing sample account screen from becoming the basis for assumptions about a company, its clients or its everyday collection model.

Ask the people who depend on it

Invite the invoice owner, accountant and customer-support lead to review the sheet from their own perspective. Their questions may differ: one needs clear instructions, another needs dependable matching, and another needs a route for queries. Tap Tap Go’s proposed vIBAN capability is coming soon; acceptance should rely on the eventual provider terms and actual setup rather than a generic product description.

Imagine this

An illustrative future scenario

Consider an agency preparing for euro retainers. Its sales team wants concise receiving instructions, while bookkeeping needs a project identifier in the record. The acceptance sheet reveals both needs before the agency changes any client payment details.

Make it practical.
