List the unfinished stages

In your proposed journey map, show what would remain after an eligible funding step: any required review, conversion decision and bank-transfer instruction, for example. Use only stages relevant to the actual programme once confirmed. A completed stage should reduce uncertainty without being described as proof that the final recipient has been paid.

Give the user a meaningful question

Plan wording that explains what can be checked next and who owns any unresolved dependency. Do not invent automatic progression, a guaranteed conversion or universal bank delivery. Tap Tap Go’s crypto-to-bank capability is coming soon and provider-led; the eventual service relationship will determine which stages exist and how the customer moves between them.

Imagine this

An illustrative future scenario

Picture a future user receiving confirmation of a supported funding event. The business process still asks whether the conversion has been accepted and the intended bank instruction is eligible. It avoids notifying the supplier that payment is complete too early.

Make it practical.
