Keep the benefit operational
Describe what the proposed service is intended to help the user do, such as receiving an eligible payment or reviewing relevant transaction activity. Do not add interest, yield or a guaranteed return because a balance might appear in the future experience. Those would be separate claims requiring their own confirmed arrangements and evidence.
Ask what the balance represents
Seek clear provider information about the customer relationship, supported use and applicable protections. Avoid inferring those answers from the word “account” or from Tap Tap Go’s premium physical card. The planned vIBAN and European hybrid services are coming soon and partner-led; their actual terms should determine the explanation.
An illustrative future scenario
Picture a future promotional draft describing euro receiving as a way to “grow savings”. The reviewer replaces that unsupported promise with a practical collection example and leaves any financial-return discussion out unless a separate confirmed service actually supports it.
Make it practical.
