Build a claim-to-evidence register
Copy each material statement from the website or deck into a table. Identify the supporting provider document, the customer group and any conditions. Distinguish a current feature from a planned integration and a verified result from an illustrative example. Avoid letting several individually accurate statements combine into an overall impression that goes beyond the evidence, such as implying universal access when the actual programme has specific eligibility limits.
Create a review trigger
Assign someone to revisit claims when a partner, pricing schedule, market or product status changes. Make it easy for sales and support to find the approved wording. For proposed hybrid services, explain the relevant partner roles and launch dependencies consistently. A disciplined claim review helps a growing company move faster with fewer contradictory promises. It also gives investors a clearer view of the operating business and prevents a roadmap slide from becoming an accidental statement of live customer availability.
Hypothetical example
A hypothetical platform adds a proposed crypto-to-bank integration to its roadmap. The marketing reviewer keeps it in the planned category and names the dependency rather than adding it to the live-feature list. Sales can still explain the ambition while giving prospective customers an accurate basis for their decision.
Make it practical.
