Two records, two purposes
Tap Tap Go brings engagement analytics and rewards programmes into the wider experience. Analytics can help someone understand interest in a profile. A programme balance, where available, reflects its own qualification and review process. A visible count of interactions therefore should not be treated as a payable amount or a list of identified potential customers.
Follow the conversion boundary
Ask what moves an interaction from observed activity to an eligible reward event. That boundary may involve conditions that a simple traffic counter cannot establish. The publication does not define current rates or rules; readers need the current programme explanation rather than arithmetic based on a screenshot or someone else’s experience.
Use both views intelligently
Review engagement for improvements to the profile and review programme records for reward questions. If the two totals differ, collect the relevant dates and event descriptions before contacting support. The difference alone does not prove an error. Each record may cover a different event, period or eligibility decision.
Hypothetical programme scene
Imagine, hypothetically, that a creator sees 30 profile interactions following a conference. It would be incorrect to multiply those 30 by an assumed reward rate. The creator can assess which content attracted attention while separately checking whether any qualifying programme events were recorded under the applicable terms.
Make it practical.
