Look for the operational change

For Tap Tap Go’s planned financial services, a meaningful update should distinguish a signed relationship, technical testing and actual customer availability. These stages can all matter, but they do not mean the same thing. A distributor needs the precise status before changing its local offer.

Update only the relevant promise

If access is confirmed for a particular customer group or market, avoid generalising it to all users. Keep provider conditions and the service’s actual function visible. Existing card purchasers should not be told they automatically receive a new financial entitlement unless that is explicitly established.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a programme completes a technical milestone while customer onboarding remains unavailable. A clear update explains that progress and the remaining dependency. It does not invite customers to begin transfers or present a testing screenshot as proof of general service access.

Make it practical.
