Explain the two systems

In Tap Tap Go’s ecosystem, a subscription can define product access while loyalty or engagement tiers recognise programme-defined activity. A similar name such as premium does not make them interchangeable. The customer needs to know whether a label concerns a paid package, recognition or a specific benefit.

Avoid circular assumptions

Do not assume paying for a plan guarantees a loyalty tier, or that reaching a tier removes subscription charges. Any connection must be stated in the actual offer. Clear language prevents customers from treating one status change as evidence that every other commercial or programme condition has changed.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a member earns recognition in an engagement programme while holding a separate team plan. The achievement does not automatically upgrade the plan. The applicable programme and commercial descriptions determine whether there is any linked benefit.

Make it practical.
