Start with the present position

A Tap Tap Go member returning after several months may encounter different offers or status labels. Help them distinguish their account experience from individual programmes that have ended or changed. Do not assume earlier participation grants access to every new campaign.

Provide a relevant history route

Where supported, use the actual programme records and current explanations to clarify previous events. A new invitation should state its own conditions. The member can then choose a useful next step without confusing historical recognition with current entitlement or assuming that all old benefits have automatically continued.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a member returns to explore a new challenge while remembering an earlier tier. The programme explains the current challenge independently and provides the appropriate route for questions about the old record. The two experiences remain connected but not conflated.

Make it practical.
