Translate the task first

Explain what the customer wants to do: share professional information, showcase work, manage a team or explore an eligible service. A literal translation of a slogan may not answer that question. Local materials should help the reader understand the workflow while retaining the meaning of the approved product description.

Protect important distinctions

Keep Go Cash separate from virtual Visa, and keep the physical identity card separate from a payment instrument. Preserve coming-soon labels for roadmap services. Translation should not remove conditions simply because a shorter or more exciting local phrase sounds better in a campaign.

Create a review loop

Use a knowledgeable language reviewer and a product owner to check consequential claims. Record questions that local customers repeatedly ask and improve the explanation without inventing features. A territory partner’s proximity to customers can strengthen the central product story when feedback is shared through a clear process.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a translated campaign describes the card as a bank card because the local phrase sounds familiar. That wording would blur the identity product with separate financial access. A better explanation describes the card’s introduction role and discusses any eligible financial features in their own clearly qualified section.

Make it practical.
