Describe the mechanism

A Tap Tap Go-related offer should state whether it reduces the purchase price, recognises programme points or provides another confirmed benefit after an eligible action. The word reward does not explain the customer’s payable amount or whether anything becomes withdrawable money.

Make the purchase decision clear

Show the actual price and the conditions of any later benefit separately. Do not subtract an uncertain future reward from today’s price to create an implied guaranteed net cost. The customer should understand what they pay now and what, if anything, the programme may provide later.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, an offer provides a confirmed later benefit after qualification. The checkout price remains its own amount. Calling the offer an immediate discount would misdescribe the timing and could lead the buyer to expect a lower payment than the actual purchase requires.

Make it practical.
