Recognise the human situation
Tap Tap Go’s referral model may connect a member, a colleague and a prospective customer across several conversations. The first person to mention the product is not always the person who explains it or supports the decision. Those contributions can matter without automatically creating multiple qualifying reward claims.
Find the programme rule
Check how the current programme records attribution and whether shared credit is supported at all. Do not assume a universal credit split applies. Avoid inventing an arrangement between participants and then expecting the platform to honour it without an agreed programme mechanism.
Keep the customer outside the dispute
If attribution is unclear, use the appropriate programme support route with relevant records. Do not ask the customer to repeat a purchase, create another account or change truthful information to favour one participant. The customer’s journey should remain simple even when the programme needs to clarify who receives recognition.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, one colleague makes an introduction and another demonstrates Tap Tap Go later. Both contributed socially, but the programme may recognise a specific recorded event. They should check the applicable attribution rules rather than promise each other half of an assumed reward or involve the buyer in competing claims.
Make it practical.
