Link the physical and digital rollout
Tap Tap Go’s corporate model includes bulk card management and team profiles. Plan how the organisation connects physical distribution with profile preparation and the intended sharing workflow. The current configuration determines the actual setup process; do not assume that every delivered card is already assigned and ready for each employee.
Create a useful readiness check
Before a major event, confirm that the relevant content, contact routes and support instructions are prepared. The check should reflect real employee tasks rather than simply counting packaging. A premium rollout can include a short demonstration that makes the product’s purpose immediately understandable.
Preserve assignment clarity
Keep the organisation’s approved records of who receives which operational asset and who owns follow-up questions. Physical card custody, profile administration and any separate programme participation remain distinct. Clear records prevent a delivery celebration from hiding unfinished work in the customer journey.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a company receives 100 cards before an exhibition. Twenty employees are attending first, so the team prioritises their profile readiness and a practical sharing rehearsal. The remaining cards are stored and assigned through the agreed process rather than reported as 100 completed digital activations.
Make it practical.
