Choose the social experience

A Tap Tap Go challenge can be discussed as an individual achievement or a team journey, depending on its actual design. Combining both without explanation can create conflicting incentives. Participants may help colleagues in one moment and withhold useful support in another if the programme’s purpose is unclear.

Align recognition with the objective

Define how contributions are counted and whether a collective result creates any individual benefit. Do not assume shared success means equal rewards or that the highest individual score owns the team achievement. The terms should explain the relationship before activity begins.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a team prepares profiles for a conference as a shared readiness goal. Recognising the completed team journey encourages collaboration. Introducing an undisclosed winner-takes-all reward afterwards would change the meaning of the work people had agreed to undertake.

Make it practical.
