Name the starting event

For a Tap Tap Go programme, establish which milestone begins the relevant performance period. Commercial agreements may define specific dates or conditions. Operational teams should use the same definition in reports, rather than shifting between convenient clocks when evaluating progress.

Keep dependencies visible

A delayed shipment or unfinished onboarding process may affect operating readiness, but the implications must be discussed through the actual agreement. Do not silently rewrite performance terms. A clear record helps both parties understand the gap between the commercial timeline and the customer experience that could actually begin.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, an agreement is signed in January but the first local customer programme starts in March. A six-month result must state which event starts its period. The two timelines cannot be treated as interchangeable without explaining the agreed basis.

Make it practical.
