Clarify the participation window
A Tap Tap Go team programme may span several weeks while employees join at different times. Define whether late joiners enter the same comparison, a separate cohort or a later programme. The choice should match the intended achievement and be communicated before participation begins.
Keep comparisons meaningful
A person with two days of opportunity is not automatically comparable with someone active for a full month. If the programme uses an adjusted measure, explain it. Avoid changing the scoreboard informally or promising benefits that the agreed rules do not support.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a new employee joins shortly before a profile-readiness challenge closes. The organiser explains the available participation route and avoids comparing their limited preparation time with the full cohort as though the conditions were identical.
Make it practical.
