Choose the reporting boundary
A Tap Tap Go programme may record an invitation, a recognised reward and a later benefit use. These are related stages. Do not add all three monetary-looking values into one total without explaining whether they represent distinct economic events or the same value moving through the journey.
Preserve a clear bridge
Show participation, qualification and fulfilment separately, using consistent units. If a benefit changes form, identify the relationship rather than presenting the new form as additional income. This helps partners understand results without inflating the programme’s scale.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a recognised benefit is later applied to an eligible purchase. Counting both the issued benefit and its use as separate member earnings would double-count the same value. The report should show issuance and redemption as linked stages.
Make it practical.
