Practise boundary questions
Tap Tap Go presenters may be asked about payment-card status, reward income, territory rights or future bank-transfer services. Use realistic role-play to test whether staff can distinguish confirmed features from conditional programmes and roadmap. The exercise should reward clarity rather than the fastest affirmative answer.
Prepare a graceful handoff
Give representatives language for acknowledging a question and directing it to the responsible team. They should not need to invent a fee, date or eligibility decision to keep the conversation moving. A precise handoff can feel more premium than a confident answer that later proves wrong.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a visitor asks whether every buyer receives virtual Visa access immediately. The trained representative explains the separate eligibility process and offers the correct information route. The conversation continues honestly without treating uncertainty as a reason to exaggerate.
Make it practical.
