Observe the questions

A Tap Tap Go programme may generate enquiries about qualification, status or how to use a benefit. Track recurring confusion through appropriate support records. The number of rewards issued does not reveal how much work is required to make those rewards understandable and useful.

Improve the design

Clarify labels, examples and the next step before simply adding more support capacity. A programme with a simpler customer explanation may be easier to operate and more satisfying to join. Include the remaining assistance cost when evaluating economics rather than presenting the benefit amount as the entire expense.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a programme issues 50 benefits but receives 80 questions about when they can be used. The operator reviews the explanation and status labels. The support volume is evidence about the customer journey, not merely an inconvenience outside the rewards budget.

Make it practical.
