Edit around a question
Identify the question each clip answers, such as preparing a project summary or reviewing the recipient's next step. Keep the setup, demonstration and result together. Remove unrelated discussion and any participant information that should not be reused. A concise title should describe the action, not merely the date of the original workshop.
Make the replay usable on its own
Add a readable written summary and check captions against the actual explanation. Show which product context the recording reflects and who maintains it. A clip relying on a live facilitator's missing clarification can create confusion. Before sharing, ask someone who missed the session to explain what they would do next after watching.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a long onboarding recording becomes a short guide to organising one case study. A colleague who missed the workshop uses the clip and summary to prepare a draft. Their unanswered question reveals one missing instruction before the replay is distributed widely.
Make it practical.
