Start with actions people recognise
List a small set of terms likely to matter in the session and pair each with a plain-language action. For example, explain what a recipient should do with a project resource rather than relying on a translated label alone. Ask a fluent reviewer familiar with the workflow to check that the explanation preserves meaning.
Invite clarification during practice
Encourage participants to flag words that sound familiar but imply something different in their language. Capture the ambiguity and revise the shared sheet. Keep conditional financial services and future capabilities distinct when they arise; a convenient local phrase should not expand the product promise. The proposed format supports learning across languages without pretending a glossary replaces careful interpretation of a specific customer's question.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a translated term makes a showcase document sound like an official approval. A participant notices the mismatch during rehearsal. The facilitator replaces it with wording about sharing information, preserving the task without adding an unintended authority claim.
Make it practical.
