Make the campaign and organisation identifiable
A fundraiser’s profile can link approved campaign information, public charity material and the organisation’s authorised donation destination. Explain the purpose of each link so a supporter can distinguish learning about the campaign from making a contribution. Avoid presenting the fundraiser’s personal payment route as the charity’s account.
Let supporters choose with clear information
Use approved imagery and stories, respecting the people represented. A tap is not consent to donate or receive repeated fundraising messages. Tap Tap Go helps connect the person, campaign and official destination; it does not itself establish charitable status or determine how funds are used.
A hypothetical scene
A hypothetical supporter meets a fundraising coordinator at a public event. The profile leads to the charity’s own campaign page. The supporter reviews the information before deciding whether to donate through the organisation’s authorised route.
Make it practical.
