Choose the event objective
Decide whether the event is mainly for meeting customers, potential partners, recruits or peers. Select the most relevant introduction and supporting material for that objective. You do not need a completely different identity for every event, but you may need a different order of information. Remove expired offers and documents that are no longer representative. A focused profile helps you respond naturally when someone asks to see more.
Rehearse the handoff
Open the public profile on a phone and test the actual sharing method you intend to use. Check that documents load, contact details are accurate and the main action works while signed out. Prepare a simple alternative such as a readable link if the preferred handoff fails. The point is to reduce friction in the moment, not create a performance around the technology.
Hypothetical example
A hypothetical founder attending a corporate procurement event moves a team-deployment overview above general brand stories. They test the profile before leaving and keep a plain link ready. At the event, they can open the relevant material while continuing the conversation.
Make it practical.
