Identify the document’s authority

Tap Tap Go’s document-sharing model can bring several resources into one place. Label whether an item is educational, descriptive, proposed or formally agreed. A service overview can explain an approach without establishing contractual scope. A draft plan can invite comments without authorising work. The recipient needs to understand the status before acting, especially when material is forwarded beyond the original conversation.

Design the collection around use

Group resources by purpose and keep authoritative documents in the organisation’s appropriate controlled process. Do not use a public profile as a substitute for formal acceptance or secure recordkeeping. If a document changes status, update the description and review whether the old version should remain accessible. The goal is a helpful information path that preserves the distinction between understanding an option and agreeing to it.

Imagine this

Hypothetical scenario

A hypothetical profile contains an educational guide and a sample implementation outline. Both are clearly labelled. When a specific client later receives an agreed scope, that document is handled through the project’s formal process rather than silently replacing the generic guide.

Make it practical.
