Review the whole account

An intended profile assistant can compare the biography, company description, project captions and resource summaries for inconsistencies. Provide the relevant text and ask it to identify differences in role, scope or status. This is a useful editorial task when several people have contributed content. The assistant should flag questions rather than silently choose which conflicting statement is true.

Resolve conflicts before polishing

Check the responsible source for each discrepancy. A current company description may conflict with an older personal biography; a project caption may still describe work as proposed after delivery. Correct the underlying fact and then update the related sections. Do not let the assistant average two incompatible statements into a new unsupported version. Consistency should reflect reality, not merely uniform phrasing across the profile.
