Look beyond flattering adjectives
Ask the assistant to identify phrases that describe attitude without explaining work. Words such as dynamic or innovative may not tell a visitor what you actually do. Request concrete questions that would make the biography more informative. Do not ask the tool to replace vagueness with invented specifics; the missing information must come from the person or business.
Supply the answer before revising
Clarify the audience, service or contribution yourself, then use the assistant to express it clearly. Keep the tone appropriate to your identity. The outcome should help another person introduce you accurately, not merely make the profile more energetic. A more specific biography often becomes shorter because it no longer relies on several overlapping adjectives.
Hypothetical scenario
A hypothetical biography describes a visionary business leader but never names the work. The assistant highlights that gap, and the author supplies a concrete explanation of the team’s actual service before revising the introduction.
Make it practical.
