Make the alternatives concrete

A shared document can describe different engagement approaches, such as a guided review or a supported implementation. Explain who does the work, what output is produced and what the client contributes. Avoid implying that every option is currently available without confirmation. The document supports a discussion, not an automatic entitlement.

Keep trade-offs visible

One approach may require more client involvement while another includes more delivery support. State those differences plainly. A reader can then assess fit based on capacity and needs rather than choosing the option with the most impressive label. The profile’s role is to make that comparison accessible before a detailed proposal.

Imagine this

Hypothetical scenario

A hypothetical service overview compares a facilitated workshop with a longer implementation engagement. It explains the different responsibilities and outputs, helping a buyer identify which conversation is relevant.

Make it practical.
