Check the relationship to the profile
Tap Tap Go’s Google Reviews display can help visitors explore feedback associated with a business. The displayed business should match the organisation or service represented on the profile. Similar names, shared locations or multiple branches can create confusion. A person should not have to guess whether the reviews describe your individual work, the wider company or another location with a related brand.
Add context instead of stretching the claim
If your role sits within a larger business, describe that relationship accurately. Reviews about the company are not automatically personal testimonials for every team member or every service. Likewise, a positive review of one experience does not establish what another customer will receive. Use the display as one part of the information available, alongside clear services, relevant examples and a way to ask specific questions.
Hypothetical scenario
Imagine a consultant working at one branch of a multi-location practice. Their profile identifies the branch and role so a visitor understands the context of the business reviews they are invited to explore.
Make it practical.
