Provide the agreed context
Tap Tap Go’s AI assistance includes follow-up assistance. Give it the topic discussed, the resource promised and the next step the person actually requested. Avoid supplying unnecessary private conversation details. Ask for a draft that reflects the relationship’s current stage. A request to make the message persuasive without context can create assumptions about interest, urgency or commitments that were never expressed.
Review before sending
Check the recipient, resource links, tone and every statement about what was agreed. The assistant’s draft is not authorisation to send, and this feature explanation does not imply automatic messages without user action. Remove invented familiarity or pressure. A good follow-up should make the recipient feel accurately understood and give them a relevant choice about continuing the conversation. The human sender owns that judgement.
Hypothetical scenario
A hypothetical professional promised a project overview after a meeting. The assistant drafts a concise note, but the person removes an unsupported phrase suggesting that the client is ready to start. They verify the link and send only after reviewing the final message.
