Capture the decision questions
After a presentation, a profile-linked resource can identify the issues the audience should consider next. Organise it around the questions raised, such as ownership, relevant use cases or resource needs. Keep it separate from a record of commitments unless those commitments were actually agreed. The document should help the recipient continue thinking with colleagues.
Make the follow-up self-contained
Include the topic and enough context for someone who did not attend. Avoid private participant comments or unsupported statements about consensus. A concise question framework can be more useful than a large deck with little explanation. The profile provides the route back to the presenter when the audience is ready to discuss specific answers.
Hypothetical scenario
A hypothetical presenter shares a follow-up sheet asking teams to identify their profile administrators and current resource-sharing problems. It supports internal discussion without claiming that attendees have approved a rollout.
Make it practical.
