Define the shared information

Tap Tap Go’s corporate features includes a central dashboard and team-profile management. Use that model to identify the information that should be consistent: company description, approved resources and business contact routes. Individual profiles can then explain each person’s contribution. Do not assume that a dashboard automatically establishes the right governance; the organisation must decide who owns the facts and who can publish changes.

Keep the individual useful

A centrally managed identity should not erase the reason a customer is speaking with a particular employee. Preserve the person’s role, relevant experience and appropriate contact route within the actual permissions available. Test the external profile after central changes. The value of the dashboard is coordinated accuracy, not making every employee page indistinguishable. A visitor should understand both the company and the person who can help with their question.

Imagine this

Hypothetical scenario

A hypothetical business updates its shared service overview while employees retain role-specific introductions. An administrator checks that the public profiles show the correct resource. Customers receive a consistent company explanation and can still identify the relevant team member.

Make it practical.
