Put the feature into the journey

Tap Tap Go’s ticketing concept connects the event invitation with an organiser-defined attendance process. Name the completed step and state what follows. Avoid a generic all-set message when the organiser still needs to approve access or resolve another condition. Review the wording across the actual linked services, since different providers may send confirmations with different meanings.

What changes for the reader

The guest should not have to interpret a chain of cheerful messages to discover whether attendance is confirmed. Clear state language also helps support staff identify which step the person has completed when they ask for assistance.

Imagine this

A hypothetical scene

A registration acknowledgement thanks a guest for the request and explains the next approval step. The later attendance confirmation uses distinct wording, preventing the first message from being mistaken for a final access decision.

Make it practical.
