Put the feature into the journey

Tap Tap Go’s ticketing concept connects the event invitation with an organiser-defined attendance process. Prepare an organiser-approved alternative and explain who can use it. Decide what evidence is relevant without requesting unnecessary personal information. Do not claim that Tap Tap Go universally supports offline access or a particular fallback interface unless that capability is confirmed for the event.

What changes for the reader

The guest should be able to ask for help without being treated as unprepared or untrustworthy. The team can maintain the event’s actual admission process while recognising that ordinary device problems should have a practical response.

Imagine this

A hypothetical scene

A participant’s phone battery is exhausted on arrival. The host directs them to the authorised support route, where the event arrangement is checked appropriately instead of repeatedly asking them to display a screen they cannot access.

Make it practical.
