Put the feature into the journey
Tap Tap Go’s ticketing concept connects the event invitation with an organiser-defined attendance process. Update the maintained event information and communicate the change through the organiser’s agreed channels. Review entrances, timing context and any affected programme arrangements. Do not assume a downloaded ticket or saved image will refresh automatically when a current page changes.
What changes for the reader
The guest should be able to identify the current location and understand which earlier instructions no longer apply. Staff should work from the same approved version so a person asking for help does not receive conflicting directions.
A hypothetical scene
An event moves to a different venue. The organiser updates the current resource and sends a clear change notice, then checks reception guidance so guests with older ticket images still receive accurate help.
Make it practical.
